Job Description:
As a Wipro Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients in implementing and managing Wipro’s solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet clients’ business needs.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical consultancy, support, and advice to clients
Engaged stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
Deploying and customizing Wipro’s solutions to align with client requirements.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolutions
Conducting training sessions for clients on product usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Relevant certifications in technical fields
Prior experience in technical consulting roles
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge and expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities
Project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
