Job Highlights:

Design and develop user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on accessibility and seamless user experience.

Experience: At least 2 years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design.

Front-End Knowledge (Preferred): Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance collaboration with developers..

Design and develop visually compelling, high-converting landing pages to enhance user engagement.

Build intuitive and accessible web applications with a strong focus on user experience.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify improvements and optimize designs.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate design ideas.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and responsiveness across devices.

Partner with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design techniques, and tools to enhance design processes.

Experience: At least 2 years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise.
UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Graphic Design: Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating visual assets.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to develop interactive mockups using Figma, InVision, or Balsamiq.
Front-End Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
User Research & Testing: Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and heatmap analysis to improve user experience.
Design Principles: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout composition, and accessibility standards.
Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Undergraduate: B.Sc (Any Specialization), BCA (Any Specialization), B.Tech/B.E. (Any Specialization)
Postgraduate: MFA (Visual Communication)
