Job Description:
As a Wipro Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. You will ensure the smooth operation of the service desk and resolve any IT-related issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Address service desk inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate records of all service desk interactions
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless and continuous operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
