Job Description:
As a Customer Success Associate at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:
Building strong relationships with customers and acting as their main point of contact
Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Tech Mahindra’s products and services
Resolving customer issues and escalating them as needed
Analyzing customer data to drive actionable insights and improve customer experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record in customer service or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
