Job Description:
The Customer Success Associate at Tech Mahindra is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
Track customer accounts and proactively resolve any potential issues.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
