Job Description:
The Customer Retention – Voice / Blended position at Tech Mahindra involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through both voice and blended channels.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions

Qualification:
