Job Description:
Deloitte HR Operations – Other role involves supporting various HR operations functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and assisting employees with their HR-related needs.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll and benefits accurately and timely
Handle HR inquiries from employees and provide solutions
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Maintain HR data accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Prior experience in HR operations or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
Proficiency with HRIS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
