As an ETL Datastage Developer at Genpact, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes to support data migration, integration, and transformation activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage
Perform data profiling and quality checks
Troubleshoot and resolve any ETL job failures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience working with IBM DataStage
Strong SQL skills
Knowledge of database architecture and design
